📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth product distribution and sales processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or sales consulting.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Knowledge of the kitchenware industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
