📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to secure high-quality ingredients and supplies at competitive prices.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and company standards.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
