ECHO Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational psychology, instructional design, and a passion for continuous learning and development. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of educational psychology principles and instructional design techniques.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
