📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine recruitment needs,Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates,Negotiate job offers and onboarding details with selected candidates,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and recruiters,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
