Berkah Tono Electronics is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a deep understanding of the learning and development needs of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and presentations,Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of our learning programs,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their learning and development needs and provide tailored solutions,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate them into our programs,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Fluency in English and Indonesian
