PT Galih Maju is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and competitive salary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is accurately recorded.,Process transactions and handle cash or card payments.,Promote products and services to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily targets.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point of sale systems.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
