Star Den Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Pondok Indah.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, both online and in-person.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are integrated into the company's overall strategy.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
