📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage warehouse budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory audits and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to travel and work in remote locations.
