📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the bauxite mining site,Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations,Develop and implement mining plans and schedules,Monitor and maintain mining equipment and infrastructure,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits,Manage and mentor a team of mining engineers and technicians,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mining efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in bauxite mining operations,Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards,Proven track record of successful project management,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Understanding of sustainable mining practices and environmental management,Valid mining certification and professional memberships (e.g., IMM, AusIMM)
