📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and sales.,Ensure the store meets all company standards and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent customer service skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
