📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.,Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the retail or consumer goods industry.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
