PT Hijau Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence and a commitment to excellence in maritime operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.,Develop and implement safety procedures and training programs for the crew.,Coordinate with port authorities, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on vessel performance, fuel consumption, and other operational metrics.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including logs, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or Master Mariner.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Experience with cargo handling and ship management is a plus.,Possession of a valid Seaman's Book and STCW certificates.
