📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Manage social media presence and engage with our audience.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is required.
