📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Facilitate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and feedback sessions.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and leave management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
