📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best performance.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with the company's overall strategy.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Participate in the development and implementation of new products or services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, including supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience with ERP or other operations management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
