📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the construction and maintenance of sites, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.,Managing a team of site engineers and workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Conducting site inspections to identify any issues or potential problems, and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Preparing and submitting reports on site progress, including any issues or challenges encountered.,Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Continuously improving site management practices and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools for site management and engineering.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
