Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of store assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that all store needs are met.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience working in a similar role in Bali is a plus.
