📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.,Lead and mentor HR staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.,Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of driving organizational success through effective talent management.
