📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Train and mentor junior sales representatives.
  • Manage the sales team's performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.
  • Report sales performance and provide insights for decision-making.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
