PT Bintang Kencana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team in Pandeglang. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of tax strategies that help our clients minimize their tax liabilities while maintaining their financial health.

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies that help clients minimize their tax liabilities while maintaining their financial health.,Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities for tax savings.,Prepare and file tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all deadlines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team on new developments.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.,Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that all tax-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify tax risks and opportunities for tax savings.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of tax software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
