Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and strategies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
