📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales calls and visits to retail partners to promote and sell Wismilak products.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.,Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and support to retail partners.,Monitoring and reporting sales performance and market trends.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Providing training and support to retail partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.,Collaborating with the sales team to drive overall sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with using sales software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable motorized vehicle for field work.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
