Den City Cemerlang is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Assist in merchandising and display of products to attract customers.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with customer service best practices.,Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.
