In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that supports our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others understand complex technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting guides.,Ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product developments.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams to ensure that all materials are accurate and up-to-date.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing products.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Experience with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
