📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Develop user manuals, guides, and other technical materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources.,Work with the marketing team to create product literature and promotional materials.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
