📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups
- Process and reconcile payments using QuickBooks and SAP
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
