📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the butler team, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage schedules to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain and improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and ordering for the butler department.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the general manager and other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and protocols.
