🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
• Proficient in conducting market research and data analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate development processes and market trends in Bali.
• Certification in real estate investment or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
