• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage our email marketing lists, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Ensure our website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
• Provide the sales team with the tools and resources they need to succeed, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to the marketing team.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
• Proficient in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of SEO and website management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
