As a CNC Machinist at VAT Group, you'll operate and maintain our advanced CNC machines to ensure the highest standards of precision and quality. You'll work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes, contributing to our ongoing mission to set new benchmarks in precision manufacturing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain advanced CNC machines, including but not limited to, lathes, milling machines, and grinding equipment.
• Ensure the highest standards of precision and quality in all machined components by adhering to strict quality control protocols.
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CNC machines and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining, with a strong background in precision engineering.
• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, and grinding equipment.
• Certifications in CNC programming and operation, such as those offered by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) or similar organizations.
• Strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Mastercam.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on precision and detail.
