📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial operations, including budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Oversee HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Coordinate with the finance and HR teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial and HR transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and HR, with a strong background in both areas.
