📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support during employee or executive examinations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Develop and implement pre-litigation strategies to mitigate legal risks and protect the company’s interests.
• Handle complex litigation cases, from initial case preparation to final post-trial reviews.
• Advise on legal risks and opportunities, maintaining a strong defense for the company.
• Utilize legal software such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and CaseMap to research and analyze legal issues.
• Prepare and present legal briefs, reports, and arguments to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in Indonesian labor laws and corporate governance regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure consistent and high-quality legal support across all departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal litigation, preferably in a corporate or agribusiness setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, corporate governance, and employment regulations.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing, with the ability to prepare and present legal briefs and reports.
• Experience with legal software such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and CaseMap.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Certification in legal practice or a related field is a plus.
