📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin language training programs for employees
• Assess employees' language skills and provide personalized training plans
• Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, and multimedia resources
• Conduct group and individual training sessions, using a variety of teaching methods and technologies
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement comprehensive language training initiatives
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees as they develop their Mandarin skills
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in language training and incorporate new methods into your teaching
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Experience as a language trainer or instructor, preferably in a professional or corporate setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
• Experience using training management systems (TMS) such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Certification in language teaching (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, or DELTA) is a plus
• Proven track record of success in language training and development
