📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform detailed cost estimation and quantity take-offs for ELV and CCTV systems using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and specialized M&E software.
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor material procurement processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budget constraints.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing based on project milestones.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices for ELV and CCTV systems, applying this knowledge to project execution.
• Provide technical support to the project team, offering insights into cost implications of design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Keydence’s quality and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying.
• Proven experience in cost estimation and procurement for ELV and CCTV systems in construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant M&E software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for project needs.
• Certification in P6 (Project Planning & Control) or similar project management software is a plus.
