📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.,Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Work closely with suppliers to improve material quality and delivery.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
